Even though the staff are very friendly the mechanics seem to be fairly incompetent. I never feel satisfied with the service and was told today the rattle I hear is my person belongings in the car...wow! I actually had to video record the rattle and I will now have to take my car back in, I have asked several times during oil changes for this to be looked at and never gets done,

I have a strange noise coming from my car that started after my last service. I will be bringing it back Friday to keep overnight and they can start it in the morning to hear what I am hearing. Now it is driving differently like it is straining to go and stop. I didn’t have these issues when I came in for service on 12/31 and ever since it is getting worse each time I bring it in.

We presented a coupon that we received via email and the female service rep. didn’t want to accept the coupon for face value on the services completed on our car. A manager later rectified the coupon but all staff should have a good understanding of the discounts and how they are applied. Our family is new to Freedom Honda and this is the first time we haven’t been totally satisfied with the service.
