No one bothered to tell me they didn’t have all the parts for all the recalls when I made the appointment or when I got there Friday morning to drop off my car. I would have waited to make the appointment for the recalls until all the parts were available if someone simply would have had the courtesy and respect to tell me all the parts were not available. Definitely an unhappy customer. I rather suspect this will be deleted since it’s unflattering for Freedom Honda. We’ll see. Hope I’m wrong.

When I was checking in my car- I let the Honda associate who was helping me know that my back wiper needed to be replaced, but I wanted to price check in case I could get it cheaper somewhere else. He said if just the rubber needed to be replaced, it would be 7 or 8 dollars- can’t remember the exact amount he quoted. I told him that was good. I am so glad though that I said to call me before they did any extra things besides the oil change, as when they called they said changing the rubber on the wiper would be 23 something. An added $15 for the labor! It would be better to say that up front. Otherwise I thought everyone was very helpful and friendly. Joanna
