Stephanie was great dont ever lose such a valuable employee. Now the fact that I have 10K miles on my car and had to have the brakes replaced is ridiculous, never seen anything like it. What makes it worse is Honda refusing to honor a goodwill request for their sub-par products. Would I recommend someone to buy a Honda absolutely not.

There were excellent in helping me figure out what was wrong with my car. Once they found out my car had been vandalized (catalytic converter cut out), they didn’t charge me for the inspection. Thank you guys!!

My service advisor today was Danny, and he was outstanding. The rest of my comments have nothing to do with him. On the contrary when he walked up he immediately acknowledged me and said he would be right with me while the mail to his right and female to his left said nothing before he walked up and I stood there for about five minutes. However since you’re asking I will tell you, I’ve been to the store 34 times now and I am always completely amazed at how long it takes the service advisors not only to help the people in line but to even acknowledge them. I think it is poor customer service to have people in line while advisers are making phone calls. There should be somebody that is not sitting behind those counters calling people back. It is not just happened once, every time I’ve been there it takes some time for the customers to be acknowledged.
