Daniel did a great job! The problem was when I came to pick up my vehicle. From the front door where I entered to the service desks, there were prob 5-6 employees either sitting or standing around not cluing in that I had no idea where I needed to go. I ended up going to the wrong side of the building. When I finally found the service desk receptionist, she pointed vaguely for me to go by the windows. That wasnt helpful as there were lots of windows. Once I was by some windows,not sure if I was in the right place, I stood around for several minutes....and was never greeted...until I finally approached someone and asked for help. I would suggest the employees are trained in helping customers as they enter the building and teach them how to be aware of their needs so they arent wandering around feeling lost and not knowing the process of picking up their vehicle. Thank you.

I was not told in advance that they would need to keep myb car all day. I checked in with my cell phone number not my home number. They said they called 3 times but I didn't get those calls because they called a home number that does not exist. I called and they could not find my car in their system because of the phone number mix up. I used my cell number when making the appointment, I used the cell number when I checked in and some how when I called to see if it was ready, they couldn't find it under my cell number or my name. My name is Sandra, Bruce's wife. It was put under his name and they couldn't even put 2 and 2 together by last name. I played 20 questions with the woman who answered the phone trying to figure out who my advisor was and where my car was. The work was satisfactory but the service people were definitely lacking.
