I have to say Alexandea, you were one of the nicest people and have the best customer service I have worked with for all my times I have brought my CRV in. (Had my new car for 4 years) You were pleasant, told me what was needed and just plain awesome. I was thinking after you told me the issues that would need to be looked at. When you first acknowledged me on my arrival....I knew you would be great to work with. Seems anymore when you go into a business you are Not noticed. Thank you! You are good at what you do, and I appreciate it greatly. Several times in the past I walk in and all of the folks don't make eye contact until I say "hi I am checking in" Then they help me like I am just another customer. They should use you as a trainer for excellent customer service! Thank you again, I hope you stay and next time I will ask for you personally. You are the BEST! ????
