Service Rep was excellent as always. Prompt, efficient, cordial , helpful, explained options, etc etc. and everything you would want in a Freedom employee. I have been coming to Freedom since they opened and have lucked out getting the only original service rep since. Cannot help but wonder why Freedom cannot maintain service reps??? Even the cashier department has seen to many changes!!!! My guess is the same goes for the mechanics and technicians. I will continue coming as long as Danny B is still employed (Marty was also excellent) but if he leaves so will I.

From the young man who showed me where to park and walked me into the office, to the folks at the service desk and on the showroom floor, everyone was professional and personable!
Kevin Whitlock was very affable and took care of me right away when I came in. He even made sure that his co-worker would be able to help me after Kevin's shift ended.
The maintenance fellows were able to fix my recalled airbag efficiently and they went above and beyond, giving my car a much-needed bath, too! All in all, I was very impressed with Kevin and the rest of the team at Freedom Honda!
