It took a lot longer than expected and when I texted the number it said to text, I got NO RESPONSE. Don’t tell customers to text you if you aren’t going to respond. Also, I was connected to service when I called and it rang at least 15 times before I gave up. We’ve never had a problem with service until TODAY.

I came to you because I was not satisfied with the customer service at Maroone Honda.
One of the issues I had with them was when I would try to call scheduled maintenance I will put on hold for extended periods of time before anybody will get back to me. I was glad to see that when I called freedom Honda and the phone was actually answered by a real life person who then transferred me to another real live person and I did not have to hold it all. Everything else was great also. Very satisfied.

Kevin made me feel like I should have kept notes on my problem to help them make the repair. Said I was vague? I told him what I knew, this was the second time it was brought in for this and it STILL has the same issue and we were told again that it did not occur while you had it. I told Kevin if they drove it long enough that it would happen and to keep the car until it was fixed! Tracey drove it to work the next day and upon driving it to lunch, the noise was back. If you drive this car, and you are sitting in the passenger seat, the noise is directly over your head in or above the headliner and you can push up on the headliner to make it go away. Doesn’t matter if you are going fast or slow, smooth or rough road as I told Kevin. Tracey works but will try and bring it back once more and have Kevin or a tech or the entire service department ride with her until someone there hears it!

I was completely defeated trying to solve the issues with my Accord, especially after spending the money (around Christmas too) servicing it at Maroone... and ending up with a misdiagnosed problem. I reluctantly brought it to Alex at Freedom; a good friend of mine had recommended her help and trusted her experience. I picked my car up today, and even though there were issues that anyone would be upset about, I was so relieved to have those issues finally fixed! She seriously took first class care of me, and gave me my car back 100%! I’d recommend Alex to anyone I know, and in the future, I’ll never take my Accord (or any Honda I own) anywhere else if given the option. I’m sorry I even considered Maroone. I’ve honestly had my car serviced at Freedom a few times before now, but I can safely say after this experience I now have a trusted relationship with MY service department. That’s hard to find and priceless to replace. Thank you so much for taking care of me and my automotive needs.

No need to contact me. At this time, my car appears to be fixed and working fine.
I only wish the service advisor that was assisting me had returned my call when asking status of my vehicle. I called on the second day that the service dept had my vehicle to get status of my vehicle and never received a return call or text.
My first call was at 12:26 pm MT, I sent a text message at 2:36 pm and called a second time at 3:17 pm. I left a voice message both times when I called. I also informed that due to where I was coming from, I needed at least an hour's notice. I received a call at 5:10 pm MT that my car was ready.
A call earlier in the day, when I had previously left messages, would have been very helpful. I had to stop preparing dinner in order to make it to the service department before it closed for the night.
There is no excuse for not receiving a call back earlier in the day.
