Traci was extremely helpful and solved a time issue by stepping in and helping to get work done I was assured I wouldn’t need to wait for if I called two hours ahead, which I did. When I arrived, Elisio was on a break or at lunch or perhaps gone for the day(?) with no work order evidently set up. Traci was terrific. Though the work was more involved, and I subsequently left the car, Traci arranged for Uber to take me home and I picked up the car today.
