I had my second service appointment with Mercedes since I purchased my 2018 300 E this week. This time for a recall issue.
I arrived at exactly my appointment time—9:30 AM. Like my first service appointment, it was almost 30 minutes before my service person Noah, greeted me. I was dropping my car off and picking up an arranged loaner car. I left at 10.30 AM. Should this process require an hour? Perhaps I need to adjust my expectations, since it was pretty much the same experience the first time. Btw, I noticed others—who had arrived before me also had been waiting for quite a while, we’re finally greeted by a service person. I never heard anyone say anything like “thank you for waiting”. Just a morning salutation. Guess I expect more from my employees. Thank you.
