I signed up for a detail of the car following a great experience with this on a previous visit. This time, however, the detailing was a big disappointment. What I wanted was a complete clay treatment of the car. The entire roof area was not done and was rough to the touch. I pointed this out to another Mark, Mr. Greenblat had left for the evening, and he agreed to credit the cost of the detail. After leaving, noticed that interior; wood and metal trim, was smeared with conditioner. Also a bit surprised that I was charged to fill the wiper fluid, just filled it the week prior. It was only $11.50...but.

I do not believe that my certified pre-owned warranty claims were honored properly. At a minimum, the process seemed to be tilted toward the dealer more than when before the manufacturer’s warranty ended. It makes me question the value of the warranty and whether another Mercedes dealer would have handled things differently.
