I was really upset about a blown tire on the Dumbarton Bridge with my grandson in the car and the lack of response from Mercedes Benz after a near disaster .
The following day I met Traci for the first time and she went right to the solution
by explaining how she was going to handle my problem starting with getting me a loaner ( given it was Saturday ) , ordering new tires , and following up with me Monday and everyday until my car was inspected and repaired !
She was outstanding and has my highest recommendation !
