Service agent apparently went home sick. No one was assigned responsibility for my car. I called twice to check on status, got no help. Showed up just before closing only to find that my car had not even been looked at. Keep in mind I took a day off of work to have this service done. Thank goodness for Tracy who stepped up and got my car looked at and fixed., in about five minutes.
All in all, issue resolved, but service was very subpar
