They have been unable to fix my adaptive headlights which has been going on for months however they have tried hard to do it I just have to assume it is a Mercedes problem and nobody knows how to fix them including the factory. Funny thing is my Jaguar and Tesla both have adaptive headlights that have always worked perfectly. It just seems to me that Mercedes is very far behind when it comes to the new car technologies. From navigation to most every system from radio to interactive connections to my iPhone everything is way more complicated then it needs to be. My 2014 Jag F Type is so much more user friendly and the Tesla is hands down so much more innovative.

My original appointment was scheduled for 1 PM on Monday 9/2/19 which was Labor Day (which was an error). When I called the service department on Tuesday, I was told there was no appointment for me (despite having scheduled it over the phone one week prior). When I finally made it in at 2 PM on Wednesday, I was told the service would take about an hour (it was known that I would be waiting), the total time was roughly 2 hours. It was not until I went to the checkout counter, that things moved along. A service advisor should have the courtesy to inform me for a wait beyond what is originally quoted. Unfortunately Tony Danai was off on vacation this week. I never have an issue with inefficient service when he is the acting advisor. I am not happy with how the service went today.

I spent a large amount of money on a service B. I would have liked to have received feedback on the work done when I picked up the car. I specifically asked to have the breaks checked. My service agent was not available and no comments provided. The check out person did leave him a note to call me.

I’m completely dissatisfied with my experience and am considering finding another dealer. I brought my car in for service because there was an odd thing with the transmission. Nothing was found. (Not mad about this as it’s a new car and perhaps it is just breaking in) However, I was without the car for 3.5 days just for diagnostics and for them to determine nothing was wrong. The only updates I received the first two days I had to call the dealership for despite promises to be informed. This is poor customer service from a luxury brand and could easily be improved— when you tell a customer something, follow through on it. Additionally, there is a new problem with my car that I am now going to have to come back to the dealership for. So not only was nothing supposedly done about the first issue, they managed to create a new issue while they had my car. This is the exact OPPOSITE of what should happen. I’m now going to have to take more time away from work coming to and from the dealership to fix a problem that didn’t exist before I brought it to the dealership.
