Everyone acted in most professional and courteous manner, from the gentleman who greets the clients first upon arrival in the morning , to all customer and service reps and the cashier lady and all the people in between , they were all attendant and friendly . Steven Drew is top notch and five star rated . The car was going to be ready in about 1 1/2 hour after completion of B service and washed spotless !
