Eric's service is amazing. A plus plus!! He communicated well with me and is very kind and knowledgeable. The whole Longo Lexus department is wonderful. Everyone we came in contact with greeted us. I brought my nieces and nephew to Longo Lexus after school and the waiting area accommodated them great. They were able to get their snacks before doing their homework on the computer. What a nice atmosphere!! Very family friendly with friendly staff!! Much appreciated. Thank you very much everyone. Also when we got our car, I put my niece in her baby seat and noticed a Longo Lexus Fox Teddy Bear and I think it's from the technician who worked on our car. I think his name is written Joe or Jose on the thank you card he left on our dashboard. This is so special and thoughtful of Joe/Jose. Also, Chris, Gabriel, and Kevin from parts department are excellent!! They are the reason I actually came in because they helped with the ordering of my spare keys and were all helpful. I called in different times and talked with them and they helped me. Staff like all these people on your team makes us customers return to Longo Lexus Thank you very much!!
