Not pleased that AC fans went out after 20,000 miles. Parts needed to be ordered and now have to drive back to El Monte from Chino when parts come in.

I was informed that my tire had been repaired but it wasn’t.
The air came out and had to install the spare tire and went to Costco. They informed me that tire could not be repaired because the hole was on the side. If Longo had checked this the first time I wouldn’t have had to deal with this problem the whole weekend. I took in the car on Friday left it overnight, was told tire was fine. Was called to pickup car on Saturday but as soon as I got in the car tire was flat. Don’t you guys look at the car make sure it’s fine before calling us? I was told to leave car again and later that day I got another call saying that they found the problem and it was fixed. Later in the same day tire went flat. As you can see very upset. That’s why instead of going back to Longo I had the tire replaced at Costco. Not sure if I even want to continue my at service with you guys.
