James provides an excellent service. He is responsible and let me know about the status of my car. He offered to reserve the loaner car for me and do more than I expected. I am happy with his services. This is to fix the scratches on the one of the door sill from last service. Since the door sills cannot be restored, he requested to replace the 2 door sills instead of one. This is out of my expectation and I really appreciate what he did. He handle this issue in a professional way and in a timely manner. There is one more comment is I notice some scratches on the passenger side b pillar trim after this service. It could be due the car wash. I am not requesting for any action from your company but hopefully more attention can be paid during maintenance to avoid this happen in the future. Again, I really happy and appreciate for the professional services provide by James.
