I received a text message from Lexus saying my car is ready. When I went there to pick up my car, they weren’t able to locate the paperwork. I thought it was very unorganized. I even called the service department informing that I’m coming to pick up my car in 30 minutes, yet I have to wait for them to look for the paperwork. I was late for my meeting.
