I had two Lexus here, and this second one I got nail on it with warranty and I drove to Longo and had it replace my tires for warranty with nails. I was rejected by Daniel and he was about to charge me $660 for two new tires!! I said nah, I’m going to somehwr else, but why my warranty not covered!?!? He took out this mearsuemrnt tire thing which no one has as a customer and how we going to measure this when we don’t know when or where when we got nails on tires?!?! He measured my tires and 80% was fine but found this one spot measured 3 (yellow) as needs to pay attention and he rejected my replacems today tires with NAILS ON IT! He said it’s 3!!!!! U don’t get to replace it because we found a spot that shows 3!!! Oh wow!!! Okay I called warranty company. They were told mey warranty is replaceable for new tires with nail, if it’s NOT 2!!!! So meaning my tires is not wearing down to 2 yet and still can replace. Okay I went back to Longo again. Another 2 hrs of wait and then Longo has NO TIRES and needs to prefer. Oh my god , with so big and warranties that sales pushed me to buy but there’s no tires to replace!!!?!? What is going on?! Okay, I have to wait another 2 days to have them replace my tires. I’ll say Longo did a poor job on handling loyal guest like me for 20+ years!! I have Lexus IS 300 year of 2001 and RX350 2016 and now I’m done with Lexus. Service was horrible and warranties are lies, even the manager came to talk to me that day and he didn’t say a word. Very poorly serviced. Yup, very unsatisfactory service and wasted 4-6 hrs for this tires to be replace. Have to call this and that to get it resolved. And I’m still mad because my wife was driving this car with nails on it with my kids for 2 days while we get to Costco and get it repair!!! They risk my Kids life and my wife’s with nails on tires which should’ve been replace this first time. I’m thankful nothing happened and I can’t belive Longo did this to me. I will not buy Cars for my kids in the future now. Longo just doesn’t know how to service a guest, just want customers to buy something new all the time!

The front desk needs to be more alert with the service advisory gives them the paperwork for the customer to sign. I was waiting in the waiting room for them to call me which they never did. I then got up and asked Robin and he said the front desk was supposed to call. The lady there said she never seen the paperwork and it was there. I could of prevent all that waiting if only she was on top of things... and not to mention I noticed another customer that was upset because they never called her.

Ms Nam was very professional. I am specifically satisfied with the way she handled my situation. I have work the day my car was ready for pick up so she made sure that my car was ready when i get there. Her attention to my needs got me to work on time So as soon as i paid my bill, all i had to do was hopped in my car and head to work. She was very helpful & attentive.
