When you call and give a customer a quote on service that needs to be completed, the advisor should know what needs to be done and how much it will cost. I was quoted three different prices, and the work that needed to be done changed 3 times. Not good, and left me feeling like someone was trying to make a quota or commission on selling me parts. Not super happy that a certified pre-owned Lexus I bought from your dealership less than a year ago and have driven less than 10,000 miles needs $1800 worth of work done it and not covered under warranty! Wow!
