Unfortunately, I was not completely satisfied with the service experience. Two issues I’d like to point out that resulted in my dissatisfaction with the service:
One, the two service employees at the check in desk upon vehicle pick up were both rude and discourteous. Both employees were preoccupied on cellular phones and failed to address me as I stood in front of them for several minutes. Secondly, the loaner vehicle had less than a quarter tank of gas upon pick up which made the day quite inconvenient as a stop at the gas station was required.
