Jennifer made my visit today very convenient in that I was in and out of the dealership within a reasonable time. She kept me updated on my service and ensured everything done was up to the Lexus standards. I got my vehicle back earlier than I expected which made me even more satisfied with my visit. Normally I get a little anxious when I visit the dealership as I do not know much about cars but Jennifer patiently made sure I understood everything that is done to my vehicle. Beau is great but the time management for appointments is abysmal. I arrived right on time and watched my car sit for just over two hours before a technician could get to it. Then when it was done it was not washed as evidenced by the oily handprint on the door handle and wiper marks on the windshield. I brought it in freshly washed the day before and left with a dirtier car than I arrived with. Very disappointing visit. Not sure it is worth my time despite the “free” service. I arrived at 12:15 and finally left at 3:50. If I am on time I expect my appointment to be on time as well.
