So I did appreciate the wonderful service Julien and Chris provided I have to say the best part was the loaner car Richard Hernández provided me with. A beautiful 2018 or 2019 RX 350. I love love loved it. I am ready to trade mine in and get a brand new RX. Consider it my test drive. Richard was great and provided friendly,helpful customer care.
