The replacement of two leather panels turned out fine. However, after paying over $600 for this service, I would expect to get the vehicle back in the same level of cleanliness as when I dropped it off, if not better. There was debris on the floor mats and pieces of tape that I had used to temporarily patch the torn seats left on the floor. Any other time I have had service at Lexus, the car has been washed and vacuumed. Disappointing.

Man was thorough in explanation and keeping me updated.
HOWEVER, 4 times during the past 5 months, in which I have gone a long weekend and left my vehicle (under 4500 miles currently) upon return my Lexus RX350 dies not start. Only after 5-10 minutes of repeated attempts dies to start, then runs with no issues. Longo attempted, without succeed to dulplicate the problem. AND I’m told there is no electronic record in the vehicle of any “non-starts”....False! Lexus should be able to find the problem!!!
