He was a very polite young person, and I appreciate that, car has two sensors not working with a very high price tag to repair, and that’s the thing that makes me unhappy.

Jennifer was professional but it took me more than 3.5 hours to get just an oil change and to pull out a Neil in the back tire and insert something in the hole. And I made an appointment and I was there on time. I arrived at Longo at about 10:35am for 10:45am appointment and I left at 2:30pm. Jennifer said it would take 1-2 hours. My time is time too. She said because of the Neil in the tire and because it was a holiday so It took extra-long time. I know how the Neil was fixed, pull it out and insert a string. I saw it before. She never said sorry for the extra long wait and she made it my fault to have a neil and to be there on a holiday. If you are having a holiday, you close your service, make no appointment. I was disgusted by this experience.
