I loved going to Longo Lexus during my services but after yesterday I was so disappointed. I was told that my tire is not fixable cuz there’s more than one nail that’s embedded on it and they have to install a new tire for $301. I left and went to American Tires and found out that it was only one nail and it was fixable for FREE.
