Longer than average wait. On pick up, rep told me the car battery died, but I was not given any further explanation even when I insisted to speak to my representative.

Service was great- my concern with radio was expertly addressed- I was promptly text messaged and called to advise my car was ready and radio issue resolved. Plus my service was complimentary . Only one issue- when I went to pick up car I waited in lobby for substantial amount of time for my car. Finally after quite a wait I went to receptionist that was surprised I was still there. We went to pick up area and my car was sitting out there with keys at concierge however no one ever told me. I was a little disappointed over that but other than this I still loved the service overall.
