My Service Rep, Francis Saldana, was wonderful when I was getting my recent service on my Rx 350. He fully explained the repairs that were needed and went over the repair options that I had. During the time my car was being repaired, he stayed in touch with me and kept me updated on the progress. I’m always happy to know that when our two Lexus vehicles need service, I can count on Francis taking great care of me and my Lexus.
