I would like to say how grateful I am to have Jennifer as my service consultant. I have worked with a few other consultants prior to meeting Jennifer, all of which I was very unhappy with. Since Jennifer, the service she has provided me through the years really made up for the disappointments I’ve encountered in the past. She has made my experience with Lexus a seamless one. The price I pay for service there can be a bit much at times but with her personable customer experience she provides makes all other issues and concerns subside. With that being said Jennifer is a good example of diligence... a person who does the job efficiently and takes care of the smallest details that would matter to a customer.
