It is such a refreshing experience having my car serviced at Long and with Frank’s help. For years I took my vehicle to PEP Boys because it was run by a family friend, I know it is obvious in retrospect but I couldn’t imagine the level of knowledge about Lexus (and cars in general) that Frank has, the the expertise of the mechanics have at Longo, or even having a comfortable area to wait while your vehicle is serviced. Even though I live in Los Angeles and the there are two or three Lexus dealers that are closer to me I still come to Longo because the depth of knowledge and the level of service here are something you can’t manufacture.
