My oil change message/light was on and was told by Julien that it would be changed along with the other issues going on with the car, but it was not. It’s no big deal, but the car was already in the Lexus shop. I don’t understand why it wasn’t done. It’s not the end of the world, but now I have to take time out of my busy schedule to get an oil change. Other than that it was a pleasant experience. Thank you ????
