John was very professional and personal in dealing with me and listened to all the details of what service I wanted performed.
I appreciate him working out all the details of getting my vehicle service done and giving me the option of when I can pick it up after the service was completed.

I returned my loaner today so I kept my Lexus overnight at Longo when I got my Lexus today it was dirty from the rain last night. I kept on seeing cars pulling up from their repair, they were clean and shiny and mine wasn’t. He told me it rained last night but he didn’t make sure it was washed before returning it to me. Attention to detail is always good but overall he was good.
