Once my vehicle was finished I saw a worker drop off my keys to the front desk (podium) and simply go about her business without flagging me down that my car was ready. I proceeded to wait for another 10-12 min on top of the 2 hours already waited for the actual maintenance and stare at my vehicle, hopeful to be called soon and still no one. I had to go up to the man standing out front at his podium and request for my keys that were just sitting by his key board as he did nothing. The employee knew how bad it looked and had to apologize before I left. Car washes flag down customers quicker then you guys do.
