I feel like i paid $241.70 for just the oil change. The technician didn’t remember to set the actual mile back when I start the engine all I see rightnow in front of me is 9963 miles until the next service. They didn’t bother to vacuum my car after they let it went through the washing machine. I ask the guy when I picked my car up if they really vacuum my car. He said they just do a partial not the whole car. While my first 3 service were totally different. I was very happy when I picked up my car from the service center. This time is going to be the most terrible experience ever. It doesn’t worth the money I spend on Lexus to service the car and the attitude of Lexus employee.

My service adviser, James Palmer, was very professional and courteous so no complaints there. When I was notified that my beloved Lexus RC was ready for pick up in the afternoon, I was anticipating on seeing my car nice, clean and shiny. But when the valet guy drove up with my car, it was still filthy due to a light rain event earlier in the A.M. According to your website it mentions: "Car Spa - Each vehicle receives a complimentary car wash with every service appointment." I guess not.
