Mike is amazing. I had an awful experience on a service visit when I had wipers installed and the service technician cracked my windshield in the process. Mike updated me daily on the case and kept me relaxed. I was worried because I did not want to pay for something I did not do. Mike broke down the process and kept me up to date.
