I had my rear tires replaced and when I was almost home, the check tire pressure system light came on. This took place on Saturday and the service department had already closed so I had to wait until Monday and now I have to bring it back which is a big inconvenience.

My name is Stephanie Frescas and I had an appointment for 7:15 a m. on Sat. 4/27/19. I arrived at 6:55 am. and waited 3 hours for my car to get its oil changed. My Lexus associate Man Wong was very rude. He seemed to be very stressed and very short tempered. I had to go to his desk after 2 hours of waiting and ask him why it was taking so long for an oil change and he advised me that he had to give authorization to have my battery replaced also without consulting me at all that my vehicle was in the far back awaiting this work to be done. I explained to him that I this was not cool to not advised me of this sooner and he told me it would be 10 more minutes to go wait in chairs again. So I waited another 15 minutes when he came and had me follow him to his office (kind of cubicle) to pay for work on my car then advised me that it would be another 10 to 15 minutes for them to bring my car up to the front. He asked if I had any questions because he could tell I was very upset with him and now closer to three hours of waiting. I told him I can’t believe you’re going to make me wait longer to get my car! He hopped up and said I’ll go get your car my self and stomped out! I timed him it took another 15 mins as they moved my car to the back lot and he had the wrong license plate number! OMG! I’ve never had this experience at Lexus and couldn’t wait to get out of there! Man Wong you **** at customer service! I hope I never have you as my lexus guy again!! It really doesn’t matter if you have an appointment or not they just take first come first serve. Not cool Lexus even better not even a car wash after that mess. So on scale of 1 to 10. 1 being the lowest, Man Wong you nailed it!
