I have mixed feeling and not completely satisfied. I went there for 40K service and they found out the brake needs to be resurfaced and tires need to be replaced. Prior coming to Longo, I contacted the service manager Edgar about the problem/concern with the car. Edgar did not go through what was done in the car and went over for the service until I asked. What he kept telling me was brakes and tires, so i could buy from Longo. I understand Longo needs to make money, but he needs to explain the 40K service before repeating himself about tires and brakes. I may not come back to him next time.
