We arrived aa bit after 5pm. Call in to ask for help but rejected by the person answering in service dept. But Lester and Jennifer both helped out , despite after 5. Especially lester. We drove off with our car, and came back with question. He opened the Sept closed door and assist us. A person went beyond the time frame on customer service.
