Man Wong was very unprofessional and condescending. He gave me a hard time when I was trying to get service. He accused and insulted me of being a cheapskate saying “Nothing is free” when I wanted to get a maintenance inspection that was already previously scheduled ahead of time for me when I brought in a Lexus coupon. He said “I had to call another customer service in order to get proper service” and refused to work with me for help. He was not only unhelpful but made me feel like I was stupid. He wasted my time and made me feel unwelcomed at Longo Lexus. I hope no one receives this same treatment that I did as I expect and have always gotten great and exceptionally well service at all the times I have been at Longo Lexus for my Lexus 2015 GS 350 F Sport. I am very disappointed.

Francis was able to fit me in the schedule on short notice with no problems even though it was a small service (new key and key programming for an RX). This was important to me since the only key we had was the spare.

Extremely Disappointed I paid $464.00 and 4 minutes after driving off Longo Lexus lot the same issue occurred on my car. Took my car back so they could fix what I paid for and they want to charge me $900.00 more to fix what they should’ve done right to begin with. I feel cheated because they should at least applied the $464.00 to the additional $900.00 work they should have done right to begin with. Aren’t they supposed to be expert Lexus mechanics?? They literally stole my money without offering to compromise or work with me to fix my car properly. Is there a supervisor to speak with????

Frank Larusso always provide the best service. Jerry took me for a test drive to determine the noise the car makes when I turn my steering wheel all the way to the left. He replaced the suspension strut power and that took care of the problem I am a very satusfied customer!

I make my service appointments directly with Man Wong. I rely on Man’s advice on my car services and repairs, as he is very knowledgeable on the Lexus cars but more importantly I feel he is looking out for my interest. He is no nonsense and practical. He is very helpful in accommodating my schedule, and is responsive to my calls and texts.
