Mike should further review recent history on the battery issue before telling me that I will be charged if the battery test is ok. Your service guys already jumpstarted the car before I bought it that caused some of the fuses shorted. When I bought the car the other day and spent dinner, the car did not start immediately when we’re about to go home. I have to wait for several minutes then the car started. Yesterday morning the hard start happened again that’s when I demanded anew battery. There’s nothing with the car it’s how the battery issue was resolved. This was my worst experience in all Lexus dealers I went to.
