I seem to be outlasting my service consultants. I miss Melinda, David and Erik. My most recent person didn’t seem as caring or communicative. Palmer called me to let me know the car arrived and went over some of the service items. My service seemed much higher than it has ever been and I’ve owned a Lexus for years. He seemed less than thrilled that I asked for a discount on the service. I didn’t get any follow up communication about the status of my car. I only got a call when there was an issue with my payment, I think the numbers were written incorrectly. I’m accustomed to more communication while my car is in the shop. I respond well to texts. Calls work too.
