Really happy with Longo and will rate as a 5. One thing was a little off though when I picked up the car. There was a strong odor in the car like cologne. Don’t know if that’s a air freshener the destiler is using or something else. But I would say to eliminate that in the future

They check and fill my tire pressure, and they also clean my car as extra service, they also change my seat setting and turn my air conditioner to lowest temperature and change radio channel in the short time of service.
I hope Lexus can develope a full electric car without gasoline.
