The pick up service from home to Longo Lexus wasn’t good enough. I was scheduled to be picked up at 10:30am but driver never call after I waited pass 15min. I called back to longo Lexus to follow up and found out the drive still somewhere at other city. However, the staff was great in handling this situation and arranged me an Uber pick up, and I was able to arrive to longo Lexus within 10minutes.
