First and foremost, Robin went above and beyond. He delivered 5 star service to me. Moreover, the treatment I receive on a “Consistent” basis from all of the Longo staff is truly amazing! In my experience with Longo Lexus from the minute I drive up and I’m greeted in a welcoming manner by the porters out on the drive to the front desk reception clerks, and even the cleaning crew in the restrooms they all smile at me and make me feel “Welcomed”. I believe all of those things set Long Lexus apart from its competitors. You guys are in a class of your own, because of your attention to detail and every point of contact with the guest is a positive one. Those are the reasons I keep coming back to Longo Lexus.
