I was told the company you contract with for the 3M Film that I purchased as an add-on sent your dealership the wrong kit. Not my problem. I brought the car in on Tuesday night for an early Wednesday morning appointment. I was told because of the mix-up that my car will potentially be there for over 7 days. In the future, I think it would make good business sense to have me come when you have the correct parts. If there is a mix-up with a part and the company is local (Los Alamitos) shouldn’t you be able get the correct part in one day, or two at the latest? I appreciate the loaner your dealership provided and the sales experience during the purchase of our car, but we would like to be driving the car that we purchased.
