One of issues was resolved, but I think there was a misunderstanding between your service department and the salesman who sold me the vehicle. The undercarriage cover which was missing some clips ,which I was told would be fixed when I purchased the used vehicle is the reason I took it in for service but seems like something else got replaced an engine cover. Both Francis the salesman and Daniel have both treated me well
