Waited almost an hour after checking in with the loan car receptionist. He wanted to hold on to my driver's license, and proof of insurance the whole time after he made a copy of it. I didn't feel that it was safe from potential identity theft. The reception staff that day, were not very efficient in what they needed to do. Beau Ly was very courteous, and kept me well informed regarding the status of my car. When I finally got the loaner car, the gas was only a quarter of a tank. This is terrible, because I travelled quite a distance to go back home. I had to fill up the gas tank, before I can drive home.
