Jennifer was great. I overheard her telling the tech to change the status of my vehicle from working to done. I ended up waiting 3 hours instead of the projected 1.5 to 2 hours. Longo carwash usually does a very good job but when i received the car, it was still dirty.

Francis did another great job of taking care of me again. The only complaint I have is that the mechanic rotated the tires when I asked them not to. There were some stains in the loaner which I was surprised to find, but they were under the center armrest and in the cup holder. I’m am still very happy with my service. Francis always keeps me coming back. He is the best.
