Mr. Anzaldo was very helpful. He scheduled Uber ride for me, it was on time and I felt very safe. He kept me updated on my car services status and explained technician recommendations. He is always very courteous.

To be honest my first service experience wasn’t good. After the service, my car came back dirty with oil marks on the step door. The 2nd service, I got Edgar Anzaldo as the service advisor, after service, everything was perfect. Been going to Edgar Anzaldo eversince, no complain here. I live 1 mile from lexus of cerritos but don’t mind the drive as long as my car get service well.

I have been a customer of Longo Lexus since I purchased my vehicle in 2007. I typically do not do survey’s but Edgar Anzaldo is exceptional. His commitment and patience with his customers is outstanding. Most importantly, as I have mentioned to Mr. Anzaldo, based on previous experience, integrity at most car dealerships service departments is rare. However, Mr. Anzaldo is honest, and has integrity. If there is a problem or questions regarding my service experience, and/or vehicle diagnostics, etc, Mr. Anzaldo is always willing to correct it, or get to the bottom of the issue.
