The car was returned to me with no antifreeze . Last night I arrive home around 9 pm and felt a hot air blowing back as I was coming out my car. This morning at atount 5:30 I open the car and check for the antifreeze and it was completely empty. On Sunday July 14 I went to purchase a grt of oil at o Reilly maywood the test computer show a po447 evaporative emission system we check the gas lid and yes it was not thirhen enough this created a check engine light . When I put the synthetic motor Oul the I used the hood support and it was fine now the technician said its broken. Also when I open the hood the inside lexus cover screws were lose and one of the four is missing . I tighten them with my hand . This was left carelessly too.

Mr. Palmer was helpful and professional. The only problem was the overall wait time for picking up my car. I was waiting over 25 minutes (after I paid for the services) for an associate to bring my car. The total time for pick up was an hour or so.
